Jan 18, 2013 · I started off at 82sfm and .004 feed on my first pass at .119 deep, then the finsh pass was .100 deep at 65sfm. the cycle time was 42 minutes. I am up to 120 sfm and .004 feed and have the cycle time down to 28 minutes. I am using a 7/16 ball end mill same tool for finishing and roughing. It is a Accupro 4 flute with ALTIN coating.
